A general thing to consider
If you are applying for a position for a website you should be sure you meet the guidelines they are asking for and most of all you should be sure your gallery is clean of any violations to be found…that will not look good on you if we see those…

Its not /hard/ per say…mostly time consuming, we don’t have enough time in a day to handle all the issues, and once another day starts there is another work load added to the previous pile, hard to catch up.
